Abstract: This paper focuses on the index establishing mechanism for onboard Solid State Recorder(SSR), a quick initialization method for onboard massive capacity SSR based on NAND FLASH is proposed by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional scheme, the requirement of on-orbit operation and control, and working mode, etc. The proposed method uses the design of reserved area and corresponding booting process on the basis of the original NAND FLASH indexing mechanism by space area, which largely reduced the organization time for index table. By considering the memory error caused by single particle effect, the index information in the reserved area of NAND FLASH uses reliability methods including ECC coding, redundancies and partition storage to improve the reliability of the index table. The restart working mechanism and the update of different mode for the reserved area of application is firstly introduced. Followed by the description of the scanning mode in both functional restart and fault restart, and a mathematical model is built to prove the effectiveness, and is verified in a platform established using Orbita NAND FLASH. Finally, in the designed platform the functional restart of the algorithm takes 3.643 ms and the fault restart takes 73.985 ms while the traditional algorithm takes 50.37 s, which demonstrate that the proposed algorithm significantly reduces the mounting up time.

Abstract: The space radiation environment is one of the main environment factors disturbing COTS components. The main source of the space radiation environment is analyzed. The space radiation effects caused by space radiation environment are researched, including single event effect, total ionizing dose, displacement damage effect and so on. Several of protective measures to protect main COTS components from the space radiation effect are mentioned in the last.

Abstract: Aiming at requirement of high speed and complete of data in space storage system, the design of a high performance NAND Flash controller is present. It concludes a pipelining-programming inside of NAND Flash chip and a non-missing invalid block method. The storage implementation is present. The calculation of storage time in different situation is discussed. The simulation modules are present and the impact of pipelining programming is simulated and discussed using Monte Carlo method. Practical application proves the pipelining programming and non-missing invalid block method. The operation frequency of storage system achieves to 100MB/s, ensuring accuracy, completeness and continuity of data.

Abstract: This paper describes the design of an array antenna which can generate radio waves carrying orbital angular momentum (OAM) at 6 GHz.We consider the microstrip antenna with coaxial feed as the element to compose the circular antenna array which is excited with unit amplitude but with phase delay from element to element.According to the simulation and optimization with high frequency structure simulator(HFSS),we get different patterns of OAM modes depending on the different phase delay,and obtain the vortex electromagnetic wave carrying orbital angular momentum.

Abstract:基于RMAP协议对SpaceWire高速总线进行了架构设计与实现。首先给出了SpaceWire高速总线的整体设计;其次对SpaceWire编解码器中的DS编码进行了优化;然后根据RMAP协议的基础要求,设计了RMAP SpaceWire总线的工作流程与实现方法;最后通过仿真平台对该设计进行仿真测试。仿真测试表明:设计实现了RMAP SpaceWire高速总线的基础功能,数据链路传输速度可以达到79.84 Mb/s。
